We’re so thankful for all the love and support we’ve received on our journey to opening our practice here in Old Town Lafayette. Let’s celebrate together with refreshments, door prizes, and a raffle supporting Dream Makers Project — a Colorado nonprofit that helps young adults who have aged out of foster care.

There is additional parking along the south side of the building, street parking and public parking available across the street.
